    Good place, very kind service, please consider the location
    The service provided by the property manager -Luis was above and beyond. He was always available for any issue and recommended to us about activities and food before we even arrived to the place. The wide garden and pool and the coconut trees gave this location a significant added value. The maintenance guy- Javier was always there to support us and to keep the facility and pool well maintained and clean.
    As you book this place you have to take the location into account. The villa is very wide and when you are inside the compound you feel as is you are in an exotics resort and the big gates allows you to feel safe and to have privacy. On the other hand, the outside of the villa is located in a local town (Bonfil) and the gravel roads there are very poorly maintained. We liked the authenticity driven from this location which allowed us to experience much less commercial atmosphere and food, but not all will find it proper. There was a problem with the WIFI and hot water at the beginning due to a storm took place shortly before we've arrived. The owner provided us with interim solutions until they had it fixed. It was during Christmas time so not much service so it took few days.

    Very nice and quiet place with spacious garden and wonderful pool. Very nice staff.
    We really enjoyed the view at the very large and lovely garden and the wonderful mansion. Also the pool was absolutely stunning. Very large and perfectly clean. Our host Luis was very nice and the staff Javier and Mari, who work at the garden/mansion were also very friendly and helpful. The internet connection was perfect and Netflix worked fine. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds really comfortable. We really loved the quietness and having the place (and the pool) all to ourselves. Everything you need like supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants are near by and also the hotelzone is just a short drive away (about 15 minutes).

    The kitchen equipment was very simple and a little outdated. It was enough to fix our breakfast but if you want to cook it misses some things. And just a tip: if you want to sit at the porch in the evening - bring mosquito repellant ;) This is not a bad review for the house it s just nature!!

    Super friendly service, we would stay here again!
    We loved that this is an enclosed property that our kids could roam around on freely without the risk of them getting out without us noticing. Also, having a pool at your disposal at any given time is perfect to have the kids get out all their energy. The ground keeper and the cleaner are super nice and helpful and we enjoyed our time here very much. If you want to go to different places, I recommend to book a driver (the real estate manager has a great contact with very fair prices - ask for Alex) or rent a car (again, ask for Alex), as there isnt much around the property in terms of grocery stores or restaurants. If you are planning to cook every day, you should anticipate to buy (or bring) some more kitchen items, as the kitchen is equipped only on a very basic level. If all you are planning to do is cook some coffee and whip up some scrambled eggs in the morning, you are good to go though! Definitely can recommend to stay here!
