Might not going back

The view of the room is nice.

The shuttle bus frequency should more as many guest are waiting and at the Awana Station,the queue is a mess,many people jump queue. Should set up a proper lane for guest to queue since the lot number 1 is reserved by the hotel

Reception was not specific about validation parking ticket so my group had to pay parking charges on day 1 of our stay

Great swimming pool area

The hotel is located next to the Premium Outlet 1. Shuttles are provided to and from the Premium Mall every hour - make sure to come early, the que can be long, as the shuttle is a 10-12 seater only (when we were there) 2. Room is big and spacious 3. Swimming pool is excellent with lots of activities for kids, it is also heated 4. clean 5. Kitchenette is great, oven is high quality 6. Excellent water pressure

1. No room service 2. It is not a five star hotel 3. Aircon is terrible, room was so warm we had to open the balcony door to let outside air in (not that cold as it is not at the top) 4. The room decor is basic - grey and brown (office / masculine vibe) 5. Checkin time was 3pm, but room was only ready at 430pm (upsetting for me) - they compensated by giving free cable car tickets, and late checkout time

Really great effort for e Christmas celebrations n decorations

Hotel well kept, facilities were great, room was comfortable

Shuttle bus service not enough as we have to wait more than 30mins from hotel-cable car, shuttle bus capacity too little only 14pax totally not enough
