Disappointing

I like the location. Thats convenient.

Frustration when need help to check in for my 3rd room. Only 2 persons to attend few hundred peoples questions. I have queue for few hours to get help.

Bad.

The cold temperature of the mountains

Too many foreigners, didnt feel like I was in Malaysia. Check in was lousy, gave us twin beds though i asked for a queen bed. Room carpet was super dirty. Lifts from the parking werent working well. Ended up having to go up and down 7 levels to get to the lobby with luggages.

Pleasant

There is a laundry service, but no bag was provided. A big fuss was made getting a laundry bag to the room, and then having someone return the items afterwards, with way too much confusion over a simple request.

Not very happy with the room condition. The toilet, carpet and bedsheet is very dirty. There are stain on bedsheet and sticky stain on the toilet bowl also. The bed headboard is full of dusts. The only plus point is the location of this hotel. It is convenient to theme park, restaurant and mall.

Very disappointed with this hotel, service from bad to worse

Only the location and accessibility is good, the rest sucks

the service has totally dropped compared to the last time I visited in 2018. They do not provide any more room beverages, the carpet and bedsheets were sticky, stained. The hair dryer wasn't working, the technician came to assist but still cannot solve the issue. Limited TV channels. So many nymph running around the water dispenser Long check in procedure
