Nice family vacation

We loved the pool area and the kids club. The staff were great and very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean even though it was very old and it definitely needs a bit of renovation.

We understand there is no right time for renovation works, however they could have managed this better and have a week off construction during Christmas. The hotel prices are unbelievably high for Bali standards. The food wasnt even that good. The exchange rate at reception is very low. Sun lounges around pool areas in both hotels are simply not enough. The management will need a strategy to fix this going forward!

Great place to stay, very clean rooms.

3 bedroom villa is one of the best rooms we have seen so far. Very clean and comfy. Staff were great. The breakfast and pool facilities are great. The hotel is in quite peaceful area, has some shops and restaurants around the place, so its quite handy.

Pool is great, has a slide, but would have liked some more activities aroung the pool. May be basketball ring or something similar will help. Breakfast can be improved. Plenty of options, but nothing really excellent. Everything in the breakfast was just ok in terms of the taste. The indian menu was limited and not that great,

loved the resort, would love to be back.

Loved the buffet breakfast, the number of pools, the facilities for kids. Kids loved the water slides and I loved my morning walks at the beach right at the hotel! Also, the bonus was the offer for a shower room when we had already checked out for a shower before leavng for airport. Loved the family suite that also has a bunk bed such a great idea. They even stored our luggage and they also had a weighing machine for luggage!

It's a good value for money resort with facilities for adults and kids. The building is a bit old, but if you want a mire modern resort like Conrad or Sofitel then you have to pay double

Fabulous stay and cant wait to go back.

All staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to help us. All smiled and welcomed us wherever we went. The family room was perfect for a family of 5. The children loved the animal towels! The buffet restaurants had lots of choice to suit everyone. Food was delicious.

Amazing vacation!

I had stay with my husband and feeling enjoy at the resort All the staff is very friendly, we have breakfast at Grand Caf and all the staff always smile and helpful when we ask something, also very quickly. The one spot that make us really comfort and quiet is their infinity pool. I dont want to say anymore, because this property, staff, food and other facilities all great.
