Exceptional

Rahul is a wonderful host and the best part is you ask for anything and he will arrange it right away. Also, the private beach area is just 60-70m walk from the property and early morning walk is a bliss, as the beach is very clean and not crowded too. The hosts are doing a great job and I will surely be visiting again in future :)

Amazing place, runned by a local and very very lovely family. Rahoul, the person in charge, takes care of every single detail and it's always very helpful for everything you need. The location is great, very few steps to the beach and the food it was the best we tried in our entire trip, so if you stay here, eat here every single meal and you won't regret.

Great little family-run homestay

Rahul and his family were marvellous and catered to our every need. Tuctucs, fresh coconut juice (literally climbing a tree to get some), beach-chairs, take-away (when we arrived too late for supper one day), boat-trips, advice. They were really nice people. Our room (only one on upper floor) was very spacious. And had its own outside dining area (as do all rooms). There was plenty of place to hang laundry and wet bathing-suits. Breakfast was great. And was served to your private patio.

The sheets. But this is India and you get what you pay for. But they were clean.

Great food and hospitable family

Owners made us feel like at home. We rented a motorcycle and washed laundry there. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Dinner on demand was great - local cuisine with couple of dishes (would definitely recommend). Good location.

I recommend you to edit the description, considering things such as: this property does not have a sea view, nor fire place, it has patio instead of the balcony and so on. If description would be matching the property, it would be 9/10.

Located at a great location, you can see the beach from the room upstairs and hear waves. Good home cooked food and Rahul is good host always just a ring away.

Very good

Overall stay was satisfactory. Staff were great and really nice, especially Rahul and his family were very warm and accommodating.

The location on the google map is not correct, gives an impression that property is beach facing.

Highly recommend.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay! Not just the comfortably shaded garden and the actual beach just since meters away, but also the wonderful food and super friendly and welcoming vibes of the family. Highly recommend!

It was a great pleasure to be here. good hosts, very good, familiar atmosphere, very near the beach and in clean and with love prepared rooms, Hosts are super helpful and attentive. Always with beautiful smile. The beach is at walking distance (100 mtr)
