Review 1: The room at Royale Chulan Seremban was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to fix any issues. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the coffee was fres (Read More)h. The location was not convenient for finding food unless you had a car or used Grab. The hotel had a nice pool and gym, but the furniture and carpet in the room had a slight smell. Review 2: The room at the hotel was spacious and suitable for families. The bathroom was big and had a separate shower and bathtub. The pool was clean and the pool staff was friendly and provided floaties and goggles. The parking was free, but the atmosphere was dark and spooky. The staff at the lobby were attentive and provided excellent service. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the hotel had a warm hospitality.

Great Place To Stay

Big Rooms, Great Breakfast, nice facilities, i like the surrounding with nature. Ample parking space, courteous staffs. Easy check in , Spacious , great gym.

The room service is a bit slow, especially after 12.00 am, requested for ice but it took a long time, had to go down to the lobby to get it myself.

The furniture should be upgraded..cleanliness not bad...Please speed up for check in and key passes during peak season...add on more part time worker also during peak seoson..

Very good

In a quiet part of town - close to some nice food places. The pool area was nice. Plenty of car park lots. We had to wait when we arrived ner midnight because the system was rebooting it only had to wait 5mins and they checked us into adjoining rooms.
