Excellent hotel, great location, and wonderful staff

The property was nicely designed in the style of Portuguese villas and we felt warmly welcomed from arrival. The staff were brilliant and really went over and above to make our stay memorable. Our room had a large bed, tv, and balcony and was very comfortable. The hotel has a large pool and a number of restaurants and bars. Its also situated around 200m from a very quiet and tranquil beach. The food was excellent throughout the stay, in particular in mama miso, and the hotel ran a number of activities to entertain guests. It was a brilliant stay that really was made extra special by the staff.

The gym is under renovation so its currently limited but Im sure this will improve in the future.

A calm and peaceful stay

Good location away from the party buzz if that's a preference. Calm countryside surroundings. Well maintained gardens and rooms, though the property is an old one, it adds a bit of rustic feel.

I do not expect any reply from the management because I chose the place. This is a factful observation and experience from someone who has travelled the world and has stayed in several properties.... This one surely is NOT a 5 star rated property and pricing. I'm not going to list my points. But for sure never returning back to this place.

Pathetic!!!

The location and the beach

The food was pathetic, the service of frontdesk was curt and unfriendly They charged Rs14000 for Christmas dinner and the host and performances were yuck!! And the food was cold and cheap liquor Not worth it ,They even charged people Rs 600 per photo for the snaps taken by their designated photographer..can you beat that??

Pampered Stay at Heritage , don't look any further

We had a stay at Heritage with the family, Elderly parents who were literally pampered by the Heritage Staff . They go out of their way to you make you feel home esp Shalomi was so warm and lovely !! Amazing hospitality Great Food Great location Tuktuk to beach for elderlies Clean pool Night programs every single day
