Very underwhelming

Nice new connecting room with large comfortable beds. Luckily we were in the main area of the resort near to breakfast/restaurant and a pool.

Very large resort spread around the golf course so need to get shuttle buses everywhere which gets frustrating. It was also very busy (1200 guest) when we were there for New Years and the restaurants and buses werent able to cope. Lost count of the amount of times we order food only to be told they had run out. None of the staff really knew what was happening on NYE on the resort so we were left frustratingly trying to get around the resort to get something to eat and see in the new year. Whenever we spoke to staff about a problem throughout our stay they would listen, nod a lot and apologise but then do nothing to rectify it other than apologise some more. I would some of the areas of the resort are rundown and not in great condition, there is maintenance work supposedly happening but not sure when they will complete and if its in all the areas that need it. This place is cheaper than other hotels in that area of Boracay but I now know why. If I ever came back Id spend the extra and stay elsewhere to get a better hotel experience and hopefully better staff.

Resturant have no control at all

Room and facility

Kudetah resturant have no control. The staff doesnt know what they are doing,they just run around. Too bad because they have a good chef which know how to cook but waiters doesnt know how to run their orders and tables. We had to wait one and half hour for starter and one hour in between following orders totally chaos. We did not get all the food we ordered that we just have to left the resto early.

Disappointing

I did not like anything, but I think that is personal preference. It was just the wrong choice of hotel for me. Other guests especially bigger groups with children seemed like they loved it. The staff is amazing though.

It said balcony, and there was a 30 cm balcony. It was noisy, lots of children. Everythi g was far and took long to get to. The private beach is horrible . The foam party is annoying, because it's the nicest swimming pool to use to just chill, and it's so noisy and crazy. I was stressed the whole time staying at this hotel. Again, I think it's personal preference.

Disappointing

1. System of checking in and checking out. It was confusing..whwn you enter the eeskbus fir checking out so people are all waiting to be checked in when the counter is for cgeckibg out. 2. The shuttle setvice needs to be improved to avoid long lines. 3. Room is for 4 bu there are only 3 towels and other utilities.

Not keeping it up!!

It had a lot of amenities and is a great place with kids. Staff is nice and accommodating!

I have been to this hotel three times now. Experience this time was bad. Sink in the room was not functioning. Had to call housekeeping to fix it. Shuttle services were super delayed (nearly 20 mins+ wait time). Room cleaning was missed! Had to call housekeeping after lunch to clean the room!! I felt disappointed that there was no care for returning guests! Based on my previous stays, I expected this to be much much better! I am not sure if I am returning here again for my next trip to Boracay!
