Place was nice but need to do something with valet service wait time.

Staff was nice and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening and morning were nice.

Had to wait 20 minutes on the elevator after concert was over and 45 minutes for valet to bring truck the morning of checkout.

Nice place but for the money, was not worth it to me.

Hotel is lovely. Great location. A dozen or more good pubs and restaurants literally a safe 3 minute max walk away. Nice views of the stadium.

Lobby Bar is lovely and appealing. And is literally never open. You have to have a drink in the restaurant which is noisy, bright, and uncomfortable, with hard chairs and no variety of seating. When I complained about this they didn't explain it, just said sorry you weren't pleased. Like, send a bartender over from the restaurant. Or hire one. It's just not that hard.
