The toilet slippery. The door a bit hard, have to push or pull to close the door. The sliding door to the balcony also a bit hard to open & close

Staff could care a little more about the maintenance of the rooms

Breathtaking view and prime location due to its proximity to all the tourist attractions.

Nothing felt fresh as it normally is in other hotels and no good fragrance especially in the bathrooms. First room given to us was a mess with flush not working, water leakage in the bathroom however the staff after several attempts were kind enough to change our room.

Dissatisfied.

The price of the stay was reasonable and the view from the room was pleasant.

So much.the hotel was not clean at all.the whole hotels carpet look so dirty.the bath tub and balcony inside the room was disgusting.the tv was so outdated.the housekeeping service is so bad.the housekeeping did not clean the room although we placed the clean the room card.once we are back we had to go again to the receptionist and wait till its done.disappointed.plus the food was not so good.not good quality.

The Location is great. Near with Teh Boh Palas , The Sheep , Kea Farm & Mossy Forest - If don't want to face traffic jem , this hotel is recommend . Also the Nasi Lemak on breakfast , very good

I got room with old bathroom. :( -------- ventilation on this bedroom quiet bad, so it's give not good smell
