There was a shooting across from the hotel, shots were dirty and no one answered our call to get them replaced

Great location, within walking distance to everything we wanted! We came to watch the Peach Bowl and walked everywhere! Staff was very nice. Hotel was very clean.

Except for the billing problem, a great stay.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Contactless check out did not offer or provide a statement of charges. They overcharged me by 25% and I have no explanation. I have been unable to contact anyone about this.

we survived atlanta NYE weekend.

Location was good. Was able to walk places.

Parking was expensive and unsafe due to the shooting outside one night. Getting in and out just to drop something off was a nightmare. I probably wouldn't stay there again because of this.

I liked that you get a $10 off card for purchases it was quiet on the floors

That valet parking was full it was also a shooting outside the place ! I feel like front desk should know more about the hotel they acted like they didnt know anything
