Beautiful hotel terrible hostess at restaurant - beyond that good

Property is beautiful, well maintained and great rooms.

Hostess from 2000 restaurant was terrible during the evening of 23rd December - we were in a group of 11 people where 2 autistic kids were present and did not allow the 9 of us to seat because we were not on full party. This is an ABSURD and beyond lack of respect , accommodation and inclusion of neorodiverse people.

Good size rooms and great position on the beach.

The lifts didnt work and you had to queue a long time for the service lift. The food was just ok.

Beautiful stay but beware of sneaky minibar charges.

The property is very pretty. There is a lazy river and a pool. Property is beach front. Room was very spacious.

They will scam you with the mini bar. We had checked into our room and then we got a knock on the door. There was a woman who said she needed to check the mini bar. We advised we just checked in, she advised she was checking for the last person. That is unacceptable and we could have eaten things already. Of course we checked out and checked our bank account, only to see we were charged mini bar charges when we ate nothing. We even doordashed while there. We recorded before we left that we used nothing from the mini bar. We called the hotel and the front desk advised they would have the minibar manager call me. They never did and I had to dispute charges with my bank. Beware of the scamming minibar staff. Other staff members were very nice.

Great place for beach vacation.

the location is great, beach front, great view from the room which is very nice, beds are very comfy, Direct access to the beach was a big plus. there are a lot restaurants nearby with very short drive.

The cost of valet parking, the swimming pool is kids pool.

I was disappointed with the lack of a hospitality plan for the guest experience.

The rooms were clean

Nothing about this hotel is polished. It is an expensive (for what is offered), mediocre experience. I think something is missing from the guest experience; there was no sense that you are being taken care of during your stay.
