We would definitely recommend this place!

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and close to the beach. There were many restaurants in the same street. The family that runs the place is lovely and helped us with everything. They also have two adorable little pugs.

Very good

Its not the most modern place but we felt comfortable. Hilia and his wife are really lovely and just such great hosts.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There should be a misquote net in the room as well as in the bathroom, otherwise its really hard to open the windows with so many mosquitoes in this area.

Very good

Super nice property in a perfect location. Room was very comfortable and clean and the air con was a must. Nice back balcony looking into lush gardens. Very quiet which was nice. Short 1 min walk to beach and great places to eat close by.

Shower wasnt the best but I dont think I had one good shower in Goa

Wonderful, restful accomodation, highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

The owners were so lovely, friendly and helpful. They organised a hairdryer and kettle in the room for me, I was very grateful for that. Always a lovely friendly smile. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden, was about 100yds from the beach. Air conditioned and large ceiling fan, didnt need the air con on as fan was perfect. Also had a fridge in the room which was a welcome change to keep water cold.

Bed was a little hard but nothing major.

Great Stay !!

The staff were very sweet and helpful. The rooms were a bit small but very cozy and clean. They even have a mini fridge with cold drinks and water bottles (chargeable). The property is also very near to the beach. Highly recommended.

The wifi was not that good. Connection was poor. There was nothing else that we did not like !

The owners are so welcoming and helpful. We felt so safe and happy here

The shower was a little small and the floor was always wet, but its not a major issue.

The rooms were clean and it was just walking distance to the beach. The owner was nice

It is not a hotel as advertised. Its a homestay with almost no amenities provided. No toilet paper, chargable drinking water, no TV in the room. No dustbin in the room or bathroom. The only dustbin was outside the room which was pretty inconvenient. More than that they charge rs. 2000 if you spill anything on duvet cover and 500 if you spill anything on bedsheet. After charging 3000/night it was not at all worth the money.
