Very good

Good room if you can get a oceanview family suite. Pricey. No responding to repair requests

We only went to the buffet restaurant, food is not bad. But kind of repetitive after staying for a few days. The staff is nice enough to upgrade our rooms

Price is on the high side IMO. Questions via booking.com weren't really taken serious by the restaurants. Phone calls can't get through either. The worst experience would be the fire alarm is chirping in one room every a few minutes, one door is making loud squeaking sound. Told the front desk and no one showed up. I had to fix the fire alarm myself

Food is not good. Too much carb, not much seafood. Not much beach to enjoy, just a small pool.

The beach beds need to be paid to enjoy. Since the location of the beach is not nice, putting more comfy beach facilities like free beach beds will help. I had never had problem for checking in with my alternative working name registered in the booking.com. But I was not be able to check in and I had to call booking.com to change my name same as my passport name to check in. For 20 years checking in all kinds of hotels, this is the first time.

Superb

I appreciated the property's attentive staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the stunning location. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and welcoming.

I might have found the dining options limited and wished for more variety in cuisine. Also, the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent in some areas of the property, which was inconvenient.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The hotel needs to improve there photos to get notice.

I loved everything. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant. I loved the customer service provided from every employee. The pool stays clean. The beach area was clean. Walking distance from stores. I like that the wait staff served you at the beach.

Not enough space for entering the water at the beach. Seem to small. Had to ask for washcloths twice. The pool was too cold. My room was right at the poolside, but the water was too cold to enjoy. The shower curtains were too short and the water would wet the floor and anything else that was around.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. *** It started with a 2-hour wait in a sweltering lobby, then no toiletries in the room, and only two bath towels even though we had three people. It took two trips to the front desk and two (2!!) hours to get the toiletries and towel to finally take a shower. *** By then however, the rain started and the water was coming through the roof into the middle of the suite. *** The double-bed room was so small we had NO place to open and store two suitcases. The room is no bigger than a shoe box. We eventually requested the room change but they could not accommodate until next day. *** The food was worse than high-school cafeteria. The so-called restaurant smelled like a fish market, even for breakfast. Should not it smell like pancakes, eggs, syrup or bacon? NO! The stench was so bad, we felt like we needed to take a shower after eating there. *** To top it off - their specialty restaurants only have 5-6 tables so you are either forced to wait 1.5 hours or eat at the cafeteria. How is this an all-inclusive hotel? *** The music blasts so obnoxiously you have to leave the premise during the day *** The beach is dismal - ok only for families with little kids, otherwise there is NO way to swim in sea water *** The lack of maintenance was evident everywhere. *** The staff are all overrun and not trained to provide any hospitable service. ** Horrible place! We stayed for three nights and they were all nightmares!

It was decent . I thought not worth the price what I paid for. Could have better services .

There were some ceiling with water damage . AC had a problem one day , liquid soap option would be better . There was no room cleaning on one day 28 th.

Superb

The resort is family friendly. Staff is very polite and always wears a smile and ready to help. We got an ocean view suite which was the best part of our stay. There was always some or other activities planned which kept us engaged. The resort has 2 pools one ocean facing and one near the restaurant. They also had provided lot of beach side beds so that people can relax. The bar staff was always on the move taking orders for drinks while we spent time in the pool or beach side. The resort has 2 restaurants, 2 bars and a sushi bar. Other facilities included beach volleyball court, table tennis and snooker table.

Being a vegetarian we had very limited options to eat from. We had to request the manager to prepare something for us, at times they were able to provide but that too was not so great.
