Th festivities were awesome..

The hotel and staff were great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lounge areas where clean and very inviting. The location was excellent for food and shopping. The valet parking was great checkout was fast and easy. Will definitely be back.

However, it was a little pricey. There were no free amenities to speak of not even fresh water or coffee offered in the lounge areas. The restaurant was also pricey for breakfast and lunch.

You wont get a good nights sleep here.

After driving all night we arrived at the hotel at 4am. Starting at 9 am the cleaning staff knocked on the door every 15 minutes. Then the front desk called. When I asked them to please not knock or call until check out, they said it was normal. This was ridiculous, Ive stayed at 100s of hotels this was not Normal. In the end I didnt get any sleep and had to drive the next day tired, thanks to the ridiculous knocking every 15 minutes starting at 9am.

It was nice n quiet...the room was clean

The only issue I had was the toilet and sink...call for maintenance and he came when we were asleep....call front desk multiple times the next morning nobody answered so we stick it out

I liked the location and the property was very nice.

I guess I felt out of place because everyone seemed real Fancy and I was just trying to find a property away from downtown Atlanta so I could go watch a football game. Nothing negative about the property at all, just I am not used to seeing suits and ties in the hotels I stay in.

Superb

Great time, security and staff were wonderful, and you put on an awesome Mad Monster event!

We loved the walking trail out back. My 4yo daughter got to see deer on her walk and it was lit up for Christmas. The outdoor area next to the hotel has beautiful fountains as well.

Although we loved our room, an updated shower would have been nice. Ours had a broken shelf that we couldn't use for soap/shampoo.
