Great location

Room was spacious. Great view. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Breakfast lady was delightful. Parking was close and easy. Felt safe.

Check-in was slow and frustrating. Room not stocked with tissue. We asked for tissue to be delivered to the room and was told we would have to get it our selves from the front desk. AC / Heat noise was very loud. Fan noise in the bathroom was terrible.

Disappointing

Would never stay there again!!

It was conveniently located close to where I needed to go for work!!

The cleanliness of the room was subpar!! There was a dead moth in my room in the corner under the bench that I couldnt reach which lead me to believe the room hasnt been completely clean for some time. The shower head was kind of hanging off the wall. There was rust stains on the tub!!! The parking garage looked sketchy, I guess they are in the process of remodeling but it definitely needs better lighting when coming in at night!

The location to where I needed to be with ease made the hotel worth the stay.

The room wasnt what I paid for, very disappointed in this. Otherwise the room, staff and breakfast were pleasant.

The blind pull in the room was broken and I couldnt close the blinds at night. The AC was really weak.

Its was Ok.

I stayed two nights, room service did not come in at all, everything was the same as how I left it.

Paid for two beds, at a different rate but only got one bed.

Very nice stay and definitely would book again.

Because of my specific diet some of the breakfast items I didnt eat, however, the breakfast host was very pleasant and accommodating. She made everyone feel welcome and at home. Loved her personality.

Exceptional

Our consistently great hotel when we're in town!

I had mixed up on my dates and we showed up a day before our reservation...but the young man at check-in was very helpful, and in spite of being busy and other waiting customers (without reservations), he worked it out for us to have a great room in spite of my mistake. That's why we return to this hotel...they provide great service. Also we love the dear, hospital lady who serves a great breakfast every morning!!
