Very good

It was a comfortable stay. The owner was accommodating. Basic necessities were ok at that price.

We liked the warm and friendly owner. He was very accommodating and helpful.

We felt that the bathroom outside the bedroom was a bit odd. While booking this was not clear. We expected attached bath. It felt like a shared bathroom. Toiletries were very basic but ok for the price.

I would give this place a pass.

The guy will spend your 10 minutes explaining how lucky we were to have him accept the booking. As supposedly he only keeps few guests. Then you will be introduced to various schemes and the extra money you have to pay for AC.

Decent staying accomodation with a little uneasiness

Location

Bathroom was private but not attached and its door is squarely opposite to the entrance door of the other room, occupied by two perfect gentlemen. Still, with due respect to the occupiers of the other room, such layout instilled a sense of uneasiness to the female members.

Conveniently located, clean place to stay with a good breakfast provided by a friendly host.

Good unlimited breakfast provided on time by the housekeeper. Friendly host who came down to meet, greet and chat with us over breakfast. He also provided useful advice for our sightseeing. Clean towels and soap, many extra comforters, electric kettle, cups and water were all in place when we checked in. Located in the heart of the city. Easy to get cabs or to get dinner delivered.

The TV did not seem to receive paid channels despite the housekeeper promising to have recharged the Airtel account. The AC did not work. It served only as a blower of plain air.

It was a nice homely stay. Had a pleasant time with the host and overall ambience is ok

Breakfast should be improved by changing menu everyday for customers staying beyond two days. For instance like roti sabji, puri, paratha and so on. Bread and butter/jam is also ok but not every day
