Too expensive for the low quality services offered..

Prime Location

Claims to be 5 star with 2 star services Spiders roaming on my bed & in washroom.. Getting room cleaned was a big task. Room was cleaned only once after multiple follow ups in 4 days stay. Booked their most expensive suite which was not even properly ventilated. No laundry services available. Room locks were not working.. had to manually lock the door with only 1 master key available as hotel lost their keys..

No Iron, Wi-Fi did not work in our room, pool was out of use for first 3 days, had to ask for extra loo roll several times before getting any, charged FULL amount upon arriving even though they already had 50% deposit.
