Nicely furnished

The lights could not be switched off completely, leading to a prolonged bedtime for my baby until well past 10 pm. The need for a technician to address this matter on multiple occasions was both inconvenient and disruptive, spanning over 2 hours from 9-11pm. Furthermore, the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding hot and icy cold spurts. This posed a safety concern. Highlighted the issue to the butler, but nothing was done at all.

Fantastic stay.

Room space and functional. Great ambience for holiday and nice place to rest and enjoy.

No bath tub inside room. Would prefer to have a private soak in tub rather than steam spa.

Its cleanliness and its amenities

There was time where overnight hot chocolate was leftover on table and my wife accidentally drank bad coffee. Apart from that, i think it would be nice to have tissue paper provided at the room area..

unpleasant . not my first time stayed but will be the last time

unpleasant experience, staff treated the hotel guest badly by accusing the guest broken their hotel plastic bear frame that is used to serve complimentary dessert. we have got nothing to do with the broken bear frame .my advice to potential guest is once you enter the room make sure to check all the items have no defects (better with the butler attendance) else they will ask you to pay for it once found broken during check out.
