Disappointing

Good place. Nice location. Some of the rooms are basic with no amenities.

The location of the property and the food was good.

The room we were allotted was in a corner and didn't have many facilities. The door used to get jammed, did not have wifi and also no room to order room service or contact reception.

Its a good place to get away from humans and live with nature for a while

The staff was very kind and welcoming to us.

The lassi served in restaurant is actually not lassi, its churned butter. Please refer to the original recipe to make the changes needed .

It is located inside Periyar Tiger Reserve and is a great location for the stay.

The rooms weren't upto mark, and wasn't clean. They didn't provide drinking water and we had to request again to get it. Note that there wasn't intercom in the rooms we stayed.
