Very outdated rooms. The first suite we stayed in was musty. We moved to another suite on the first night.

This should be called a budget hotel not a 5star hotel

Poor policy of the management of charging security deposit from the guests for all the possible future expenses like meals If not paid we had to clear all bills immediately then and there itself which is very insulting Even a small amount of laundry bill had to be cleared immediately This was inspite of us paying the entire stay tariff in advance at the time of check in .They argued about with us over this issue .
