    We went for a weekend away and the house was amazing. It has everything we needed with instructions, different areas to spend the time and everything was super clean and tidy. We had an amazing time and John was super hospitable and he got back super fast whenever we had a question. Definitely coming back!

    Ideal for a group, even without the jacuzzi
    The house was lovely, it was spacious with very comfy beds. Very clear instructions on getting to the house as well as instructions for using an item in the house which was super handy. There was loads of room for entertainment with friends.
    The additional hidden charges for the use of the jacuzzi and games room. We received a text the night before arrival informing us of this. This should be made clearer in the advert, otherwise remove the pics from the advert or put a disclaimer on the images in the ad. These shouldn't be considered extra facilities if there are images of them promoting the house. No indication of the extra cost on booking.com or emails received which was disappointing and it did put a dent in the fun of our arrival.

    Amazing Property, Great Owner
    Very modern and spacious. All with ensuite bedrooms, and a work space as I had to work during my stay. The 2 games room provided great fun for all of us. Everything was stocked in the kitchen that was needed. We loved the fire that was enjoyed in the evenings with a very generous amount of firewood provided. We also were able to watch Prime on the main living room TV, by logging onto our personal Prime account. Very clean property. The communication with John the owner was excellent, and some great eating out suggestions were taken up. A very peaceful location, not far away from lovely Athenry. We visited the Galway Christmas Market, which had some lovely food and drinks. Altogether a great family weekend!

    Fantastic family weekend!
    Very large house, all the facility you need are there. The house sleepers and sweets on the bed were amazing!!! Jacuzzi and pool table - amazing! Pianos and guitar Very clean Thanks for coffee machine and coffee bags Heating working very well Plenty of windows and lights, very bright house Chimney and burning wood
    We thought that the sauna is working. Maybe the wall between the neighbors a little higher. I'm not sure about outside cameras been activated during guests stay...? Probably at the gate only.

    Absolutely fantastic stay! John was brilliant and made sure we arrived safely and that all was ok. The house was spotless and everything was perfect. We are hoping to go back. Perfect for a family to spend time together and the house has everything you need. Thanks for a perfect and well needed family getaway!!

    Absolutely loved everything about our stay and i mean everything.
    There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay apart from us not booking a week instead of 2 nights
