The staff are very helpful. Great spa which is nice and quiet

Would be nice if children were allowed in the pool all day rather than an hour and a half in the morning and afternoon

the massage was really good, and the room was nice.

jacuzzi & steam room were not working. The thermostat in our room was not working which meant we could not adjust the temperature.
