Ole Sereni provides a wonderful experience with splendid views of the national park. The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent amenities. The staff is great and the food and drinks are deliciou (Read More)s. The Sky Lounge offers a perfect atmosphere during sunset. The hotel has state-of-the-art conference and seminar rooms. However, there were some issues with room bookings and limited vegetarian options at the restaurant. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views.

Well located especially if you have an early flight to catch

Requested a room on 2nd floor and that was accommodated. Wake up call was prompt.

More people at check in counter to reduce waiting time. More explanation on how to use TV and air-conditioning.

It was ok.

I have been staying here for some years, and really love the location. It's too bad about the wall that was put up to deter traffic noise. Sitting on the beautiful deck, one can no longer see NNP. Very disappointing.

The property needs a serious face lift. The shower area, with water draining out onto the floor, is dangerous; the air-conditioning is ancient and barely works. The service at the restaurant was horrible and slow and no one cared. Hate to write such a review, but the conditions should be looked at closely. Management needs to pull up their socks.

Food was delicious, the place was clean and the service was great.

Disappointing

Check their event schedule first before you stay here

Clean, good location and friendly staff

This was the second time I stayed there and the second time I hardly got any sleep because the Hotel had events on their rooftop with blasting loud bass and music that made you feel like living next to a discotheque. Several attempts with the management to turn down the volume failed. Music went on way past 1am in the morning. Absolutely unacceptable. Either its an event place or its a hotel. Both does not work. Lot of other guests complained, too. If you want a good night sleep, this is not the right hotel.

Nice facilities. Good location. Poor service

The staff at the restaurant (1st floor) were quite demotivated. Our table had to wait consistently for 5-10 minutes before we could order food items or drinks. Apart from the service the experience was 7/10.

Excellent, I would recommend.

I had the best omelette everyday for breakfast. The lady chef was excellent. The check-in staff were also excellent, particularly Jacintha

I have stayed at Ole Sereni many times since it first opened. The food menu used to be far more extensive than it is now. I moved to Emara for the last 3 days of my visit, kindly arranged by Jacintha. I will of course stay at Ole Sereni again.

The receptionists and other personnels were nice and helpful.

The hotel is very complicated organised. Not that clearly like others. One easily gets lost. Even the taxi driver had problems to get on coming from the highway. The restaurant is a scandal: little offer, not well cooked, tasteless, monotone, waitresses incompetent (I ordered a Cinzano as a starter three times, but would have got it together with the main dish and the beer!). As I had to take a flight and had to leave the hotel at 2:30 am, I was told to get a small breakfast at 2am served in my room, but I left it at 2:20 without it seen. I would not recommend it to others.
