Good location & friendly staff; Will definitely return in the future!

The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. I also had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and well-priced. Staff was always helpful, very friendly and even offer a free drink at the bar on your first night!

If I had to say anything negative it would only be the size of the fitness room, it is just a small room with a rack of dumbbells, two cardio machines and that's all.

I enjoyed my stay.It's walking distance to the Central Station for the bus to/from airport.

The ambience was welcoming , the staff was very friendly , especially Martina who genuinely helping me in looking for places to go , checked on the train tickets, if any discount, checked on weather and the main attraction was open, restaurants etc. Massimo was very kind and attentive offered to turn on the heat outdoor. The unlimited number of double espresso at breakfast was very generous

I could hear clearly people talked at the corridor from my room.

Exceptional hotel.

This is a pleasant, efficient hotel in a fairly quiet part of the city. I arrived early in the day and was given a warm welcome and a coffee while they hurried to make the room ready. It's a small space, but there's good lighting, adequate storage and a place to work. Free drinks and snacks are provided. The bed doubles as a sofa for watching TV and it works well. Bathroom has its own heater, a good shower and great towels. The daily breakfast is amazingly generous, with many good choices being constantly replenished. Friendly wait staff take good care of patrons. Nice workout space on the second floor.

I thought the TV was too big for the room, since it's only a couple of feet from the bed. The bathroom sink is placed above, rather than level with the cabinet... the bowl has an overflow hole, meaning it was meant to have been installed below, and the way the immovable spigot rises above it makes it virtually impossible to wash one's face without splashing water all over. (Style over functionality!) Nonetheless, there's much more to like than to dislike at this property.

Superb

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and bathroom was bigger compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. The staff was really nice and since we stayed on new year's eve , they offered us free drinks.

It's a 25 minute walk from Milan Centrale. If you aren't traveling with luggage and kids, the walk can be a bit challenging.

Good to stay!

Great staff, so kind and helpful! We had a some sweets, coke and water when we entered the room, which was a great gesture. Fitness room is also availiable for every guest,and it is free to use. I must name Roberto as a kinder staff person at the hotel. Hotel is nearby Metro station (7 mins walk) and you have a good connection to every point in the city. Loby and garden of the hotel are quite big and cool. Room were cleaned every each day. You can find a map of the city with a location to see which is pretty useful.

Breakfast was mostly the same day by day and that is the only thing to mention as a less good than other things, but you can find enough products to have a good meal.

Fantastic value in a well connected area just outside the super touristic area

The staff was incredibly nice, the extra vouchers and upgrades (as well as fantastic breakfast) made this a great value.
