Disappointed with the service and attitude of Owner
I would have give a four or a five star but after interaction with the owner of the company, I have to force myself to give 2 stars also.
We had very good interaction with them initially however, a (Read More)fter we visited their property Nature's Nest at Pangong and experienced the pathetic service there, the interaction I had with their owner left a really bad taste. When we reported to him the serious service lapses and our horrible experience, he got defensive and just refused to believe. He turned out to be a person with very poor customer orientation who did not even apologize on behalf of his staff.
My suggestion, assess the hotels yourself and don't entirely go by their recommendations. AVOID properties owned by them as they are very poorly managed. To top it all the owner does not like to take honest feedback from guests. If you want service at their property... it is only on demand.... even a glass of water... Regrettable experience at the end
