We have just booked a trip 13 days prior from dunia zamana for the period 19-22 Nov’22 in Kerala - the cost which they have provided is unmatchable and cost effective. During this time i have contacte (Read More)d many tour operators but the cost is too high. I have received a flat 5000 discount on this trip as compare to other operators.
Now, lets talk about service - I will give 5/5 or even for the Taxi which they have provided during our journey- New Car + Taxi Driver Mr. Nisaar is truely a gem guy. He made our trip memorable, he is available all the time from Dusk to Dawn.
The house boat which they have provided in Alleppy, Kerala is awesome, food quality, stay and the cleanliness is just remarkable.
Best part about dunia zamana is - behaviour & response either from dunia zamana team i.e. Mr. Aftab khan or in hotels in which they stayed us is fantastic.

, it was a lot of fun and well organised and was a little apprehensive re the rest of our trip, but not to have worried as it was wonderful
2night in munnar, the wind munnar with an amazing view of mountain valley.
1 night in thekkady “spice lap plantation resort one of the bestest resort & yes services nd food is awesome.
1 nigh in allapy “houseboat experience is unforgettable for us” food nd other service in houseboat well arranged the best part of the tour is candle light dinner in houseboat & flower decoration amazed us.

Last day in cherai beach “ranai blue water resort is an prime property to stay with pool facilities & best part is located in front of beach 100mt walking.
Food is also good with gr8 service.
Overall its an nice experience, Very well planned tour by Mr. Aftab & directed very well,that we enjoyed all the kerela major attractions in just 6 days.
No of waterfall, mountains views & vistas , tea gardens, landscape, forest, backwaters , beach everything is covered in the itenary.

It was a great and peaceful experience, we enjoyed each and every day and every thing was planned very well. We also found trip to be very cost effective and best deals. Had a wonderful honeymoon with (Read More) my wife.
Booked kerala tour 6n
Munnar 2n - the Arbour resort - hotel was below average which was claimed as 4 star in the quotation, no view from the room, in quotation picture of cottage was shown but hotel (Read More)was different. No restaurant service, only buffet system was there for dinner, no other item was available, taste was also below average. Room was not upto mark.
Yes they have change our room, 1st room was bad, broken door, furniture not in working condition, 2nd room was spacious, but not a 4 star hotel room, switch board were broken in it.
Thekkady - spice lap resort - location was very good, service n restaurant was good, but room was to small
Alleppey - private house boat - it was a below average house boat, food was pre decided, we dont have option to select menu. Room was too small, towel, bed sheet, etc was not properly washed, switch board was broken.
We were informed about candle light dinner with cake but was not provided.
It was AC boat but AC was turn on only at night time otherwise we have to pay extra for it.
Cherai - cherai beach valley resort - it was best hotel among all. Property clean room, spacious, proper lighting, good breakfast
Sara hotel - airport - it was an average hotel but food was good
Driver was good and polite. He was aware with the route n places.
Our experience with Aftaab has been really amazing and we really appreciate his steadfast efforts to make our trip so memorable and hassle free.
