You can hire a taxi which you can use to travel in the city.  You can also make use of the bus services provided by Himachal Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation from the main cities like Delhi and Chandigarh. You can also take a train to Pathankot, Delhi or Chandigarh and continue onwards via taxi or bus.

Bhuntar has its airport known as the Kullu-Manali airport. There are two flights daily from Delhi to Bhuntar. However, the airport is not functional at all the times. It takes 1 hour 15 minutes to reach Bhuntar from Delhi. There are flights also available from other major cities like Chennai, Mumbai but are usually very expensive and take a lot of time to reach Bhuntar.

Reaching Bhuntar by road is fairly easier than by any other means of transport. It is only 10 km from Kullu and about 50 km from Manali. All the main trains pass through Pathankot including Jammu Tawi and Himsagar Express from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, etc. You can also take a train to New Delhi or till Chandigarh and take a cab or a bus from there to reach Bhuntar.
