Clean tidy a little far out but ok

Poor English communication Dirty food plates out side rooms in corridors all night Does banging all night every night due to bad design Screaming kids every night till late No pool Over charged for room drinks bar not correct amount of items per list hence over charge tried to explain poor English so they dismissed Asked me for tip at end when putting bags in taxi Thame asked my wife which I thought was very rude overall not good Unpleasant

Great new hotel located in heart of Amritsar. Staff excellent. Restaurant excellent. 10 out of 10.

Buffet breakfast was good. You could put in orders for other dishes not listed. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent. Staff in all departments of the hotel, were always there to help, go that extra mile. The food was exceptional, great tasting meals. Met the owner and Manager of Euphoria Green. Extremely friendly and always willing to help.

Unpleasant stay

Only the bathroom was good quality. Bed linen wasn't clean.

Very unpleasant stay. Staff was not welcoming. Merely booked the hotel by looking at the reviews. Staff made the room while room was on dnd and were informed at the front desk. Breakfast was horrible with very few choices. Tv wasn't working too.
