Nice short break would go back.

Pleasant but not over welcoming, sadly

Weve stayed several times before. The location is great for us, the premium rooms suit our requirements and price range. The hotel looked beautiful decorated for the festive season.

Towel replacement had to be requested, our room was not cleaned despite the sign being put on the door twice. Check in was ok but not overwhelmingly welcoming. We were advised an upgrade would be added free of charge but we were charged a small premium for this.

Good location, great breakfast, poor evening reception

Great location, facilities not as advertised on website. Expected to be able to get room service ( 24 hour)and hot food after 10pm to find we were begrudgingly made a sandwich and sold a drink then for the bar to close. Complained at time still awaiting a call from manager.
