Very comfy bed, great bathroom with shower, and amenities, super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location to explore Williamsburg and beyond.

Note the access into rooms via a busy thoroughfare which is often used for events and co working which may not be for everyone.

The Location is very good , close to shops, eats, etc The hotel also have nice communal area for cafe/restaurant

the bathroom door , very easy to get locked it self , and there are no stand-by technicians If you need your room to be cleaned , need to sign up at front desk everyday!!

Everything we wanted it to be and more

Great location and good facilities including the restaurants and bars.

The bathroom was a bit small and flooded every time we showered. The water temperature and pressure was variable.

Room, location, food all excellent. Very comfy beds!

Theyve stopped doing some of the nice little touches they used to offer like small free breakfast snacks early in the morning. Williamsburg opposite does cookies and coffees etc. Used to be a bit more special.

Great views for couples!

We had the manhattan view room, totally worth it - it literally blew our socks off everytime we looked out the window. Great room and great location

the heating in the common area - oh my goodness. It would give me a headache. We also didn't get top-up for coffee during our stay in the room. And we couldn't explore the rooftop which was a shame.

Loved it!

Room was small but bigger than hotels Ive stayed at in Manhattan and a lot more comfortable. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The room had a good view of the Manhattan skyline.

The downstairs lounge/bar area was always really busy with people working from their laptops since it was open to the general public, as a guest we could never actually find a spot there.

Great location, beautiful lobby, nice restaurant offerings with great food. The lobby staff were so fun, friendly, and welcoming.

One of the staff members at the coffee shop in the morning was extremely unfriendly so that experience was not nice at all. The rest of the staff at the front desk were so friendly and nice. Also, the shower water leaked all of the bathroom floor each day which did not meet the value for money part of the stay.
