Perfectly located in the centre of Fort Kochi, we could walk to all attractions and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfy, AC works well.

Staff could be more welcoming and common areas are empty (not prone to meeting people)

Good location in Fort Kochi Nice rooftop to socialise, met some great mix of Indian and foreigners Comfy dorms

Staff not unfriendly but almost absent and does not seem to care A couple of issues with AC not working, or only burning hot water in the sometimes smelly shower Price very steep for a dorm

Clean, easy and comfortable

Rented the private room for two nights and for the price difference, it was well worth the upgrade. Room was clean, correct and the staff helpful. Location and facilities are top!

The amount of messages from Hosteller to comolete payment before arrival. That the cup in my bedroom was chipped. That I couldnt sign in to their website for not having an indian number.

Central, comfy & clean

Wonderful hostel. Near to centre. Clean and modern. Comfy beds & lovely dorms with A/C & Fan. Nice warm shower! Nice restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again.

Electrics in my bed were a bit dodgy and kept cutting out. The socket was sparking! Staff walking in room to check beds at 1-2am. Kept waking me up. No breakfast available. This would have been a 10* review if it wasn't for that.

Very disappointed from the expectations from this hostels online presentation

The staff is really nice and wants to help you whenever you need some help. The location is good, quite quiet in the night.

Unfortunately the pictures give a completely wrong image of this hostel. It was not a social and lively and nice vibe hostel at all. We felt more like in a budget hotel :( Room was not clean at all, there was still dirt on the floor and the bathroom was not hygienic and clean. The equipment not like you expect from a hostel, no kitchen equipment at all in the common kitchen, not even cutlery. Theres a menu to order food and drinks from but not a nice vibe to feel like you want to stay in the hostel. We were very disappointed unfortunately:(

great location and very nice room, albeit not very big but that was expected. love the big balcony!

you really shouldnt have your staff kitchen right next to a premium room (or any guest room really). Strong food smells coming into the room from the hallway as well as the window. Keeping food also attracts pests unfortunately.. the roof terrace and public kitchens need a bit of maintenance and TLC
