If they put you in a quiet room is a nice staying

It was very nice and clean and new

The first night they put us in a room with a connection door. We asked for a quiet room. We slept at 1am because there was a baby crying

Enjoyable stay .

Breakfast was excellent and varied. The free coffee machine is a nice extra and likewise the honesty bar .The pool and sauna area was very clean and pleasant .The location is central and fine for walking to the ski lifts.

The room is a little bit small but overall good value for a ski resort.

My first choice without a doubt

It was a very beautiful place, tidy and very clean. Heidi received us very nicely and explained to us everything in and around the hotel. I rented a suite that consisted of a bedroom, a separate bathroom, a living hall, and a full kitchen. I cannot explain to you how clean it is and the presence of everything you need. Even the kitchen is very complete. You can cook a feast. With everything in it, down to the smallest details, there was also a beautiful balcony with a charming view in which you could smoke. There is also a warm swimming pool for relaxation and a simple gym. I cannot explain how happy I was in my stay there. I would also like to add that their breakfast is very delicious and varied. I loved it. All thanks to Kermen for helping us every day with her advice to us on where to go and answering our questions with open arms. I will not forget that Heidi invited us with a simple gift of water bottles for the road. It was a good initiative. Yes, it will be my first destination in Zell am See without a doubt. I advise everyone to live here, and it is not a compliment.

perfect by all means a young receptionest was very helpfull and well coming there is a complete kitchen full of all you need perfect place to stay near to the lack and the train station and the market breakfast is special

Disappointing

Good location. Great staff.

Sauna was closed at 20:00, usual closing hours is 22:00 in winter time everywhere. No notification was sent earlier than any of the services are time limited and can be affected by their closing time, non reception time. I had made my choice on this accommodation place based on the Sauna option.
