Very recomendable hotel in a good location

The hotel is nicely located and services are good. Reception check in and luggage service all excellent. Room was nice and clean, nice bed nice bathroom good shower. There is a common hall with facilities and space to share very nice.

It's an old building with an intermediate refurbish.

Close to the beach small room with thin walls

Location is great - some 1-2 min walk to playa Figueretas :) The bed in single room was comfy, although quite small. Renovation of bathroom was fresh. On a parallel street you will find good cafes for breakfast with good coffee. Staff is very supportive and pleasant. Bare in mind, that this is a no external guest policy hotel and the staff can double check your name when you return in mornings :) A beach towel is available for 5 EUR/stay with a deposited money.

I guess the owner(s) of the hotel renovated it in a way to have as much rooms as possible, thus a single room is very small and the walls are very thin. One clearly hears the a conversation of a neighboring couple! Would love to have a small dryer for clothes in the room.

Perfect location and nice staff

The location of the hotel is really perfect. Everything was close. Very nice receptionist. The bathroom was the best, it exceeded our expectations. The cleaning lady came to clean every day. Overall the hotel met our expectations.

It can be seen that it is not a new hotel, but after renovation. Everything was fine except for the thin walls. We heard everything from the toilet flush to the sounds of cell phone alerts. I didn't sleep even once during my entire stay. We had a neighbor who snored so incredibly we felt like he was lying in bed with us. We were also a bit bothered by the thin single sheet for covering.
