Room was great with a great city view (poolside of the building). Sky club had a good range of snacks and drinks (singa-beer, win etc and cocktails for additional fee). Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Pool only has a 10 or so sun beds and the position of the buildings meant only some were in the sun. Very minor issue as you can sit in the sun at the far side of the pool.

We had a pleasant stay, room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast average. Parking possible but a bit tricky. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel mostly caters for Asian Indians. Location is in the middle of everything

It was advertised whith room whith balcony but door was locked so no access to balcony .they said now it is normal policy because somebody smoked on the balcony from previous customer not happy ,so be aware before you book

Poor

A decent stay and clean given the conditions in Bangkok, but travellers must stay at their own risk.

The location is close to the city centeraccessible to major areas of Bangkok.

The hotel concierge repeatedly tries to help guest with taxisin actuality sends them out to be scammed and price gouged. The management seemed empathetic but wasnt overly concerned about a resolution. All evening the hotel operates more like a brothel with in and out prostitutes meeting old tourists.
