Superb

The hotel is amazing, the staff very polite and friendly. The spa is the paradise. The service are very personalized once the staff learn your name, all the time your are treated with respect and like a VIP person, always inquiring if you need something else and how you feel.

The restaurants menu are very limited and the opening hours not good, some of then are closed during the week. I had a very bad experience with a waiting time to have my food almost 1 hour and the food came burned and tasting bad. if you like to swimmy on the beach, please do not book this hotel, the beach is not clean with seaweed and rocks and the hotel don't take care of the beach

The cleaning and decor of the resort. The staff was really helpful.

All restaurants didn't have good food and entertainment. We only ate at 2 of them every day.

I didnt like the walk ways, the were to rocky. I could were my heels comfortably.

Amazing experience really good food and lovely staff but clear signs of a new hotel finding its feet.

Very modern e.g automatic blinds and technology in the room was impressive. The room and design of the hotel was beautiful and really aesthetic, the whole property was stunning and really felt like a high end resort, some staff members went above and beyond to make our stay special and catered to my wifes gluten allergy where possible.

The maintenance took a very long time for example when we had broken glass in our room, they took around an hour to come, and the room service took a very long time around 45 mins minimum for water bottles. We also werent able to book in at restaurants as the resort didnt have reservations and often we were waiting an hour for a table at one of the restaurants for dinner when we were hungry. On one day there was no space by the pool or sun loungers by the beach which resulted in us walking around aimlessly.

The best AI in all of Playa del Carmen!

This property is incredibly beautiful! The rooms were well appointed and the food was incredible. As always when we travel to this part of the world, service is unmatched. Demetrio at the Mexican restaurant gave us some of the best service we have ever had in any restaurant. He took great care to ensure that nothing that was served to me contained any of my food allergens. His recommendations were spot on. Enrique at the Japanese restaurant was also incredible. He explained our dishes and was incredibly attentive throughout our dinner. Roxanna, who provided drink service on the beach, was also incredible. We purposefully sat in her area all the days we were there because of her.

If I had to say anything negative about our stay, Id say the check-in process was our least favorite of any resort weve stayed at. Aldo seemed preoccupied with something else when we were checking in. We were ready to upgrade, but it was only offered as an afterthought. The hard sell for the vacation club also took away from our vacation. It was presented as a VIP experience to tell us about the resort amenities. We wound up spending most of our first morning with them.

Beautiful tropical getaway

The pools and the staff were excellent!

Only one indoor bar. The lobby bar is technically inside but its an open air space and the mosquitoes are killer at times. The sports bar is the only indoor bar, that is strictly a bar.

Never wanted to leave it was an amazing experience!! 10/10!!

Love love love - everything was outstanding!!! The bed was so comfortable- the pools were beautiful!! The staff were extraordinary - The French restaurant was one of the best meals Ive ever had - shout out to Louis(Lui) our fabulous server! Jacob the manager at Suki was so friendly! Victor at breakfast & Piyo our concierge were also outstanding! And not to forget Ceaser at the bar always with a smile ! Thank you ye made it all wonderful! Will definitely be back !

Nothing to fault ! Just a small recommendation to have some games in the Dark horse - like scrabble or a deck of cards - for the rainy days when the pool table is being used

fabulous pools lots of places to have some privacy rooms were very nice

staff not as friendly as the hundreds of other Mexican resorts I have stayed in and did not seem to be as well trained. this could be because they are fairly new
