Amazing property and total value for money with superb hospitality.

The land lady itself was catering to me and was an extremely hospitable person. The property is very well maintained. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The back waters right behind the property is such an amazing factor of this property. Cherai beach is just across the road and one could go for an early morning stroll soaking up the goodness of nature by the sea side. I had requested for Putt and chickpeas curry alongwith coffee for breakfast and it was very delicious and filling.

Well located in the peninsula. Very affordable.

We had some bad luck with our stay because the weather cut down power lines and they were on backup generators. That means no hot water or Wi-Fi on our one night stay. Also, construction work in the morning!!! That said, the owner was super helpful and friendly, and that makes up for almost anything.

Superb

Great location, 100m from the beach. Very flexible check out time, the host was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing i wouldn't have liked about the stay. There are not much facilities at the beach, i.e sunbeds, beach bars, etc.

Building works mean loss of views.

The bed is comfortable and everything in the room works - including airco and hot water.

As a previous review mentioned they are putting up a new building between the hotel and the lake. So most of the nice views and lakefront terraces in the pictures arent there any more. Our room still had a glimpse of the lake but as soon as you opened the curtains you are staring at the builders working (or staring back at you). Breakfast is now served on the terrace that all the rooms open off, so if other guests are chatty and like an early breakfast youll be waking up early too.

Location near to restaurants. Right on the lake. Wifi working well. Clean room.

Construction on the property so it was not enjoyable to stay on site (yet it was close to restaurants, beach etc. to go out).

Cosy, scenic and quiet place. Good place to unwind on a weekend after a hectic week

Good nice homely breakfast. Quite hygienic and delivered on time as requested.Room was clean and well kept. The hosts Rajesh and Nisha were good and noticed good service orientation from them

Did not know a construction was happening which blocked our back water view
