Reasonable and well priced short stay in Manukau

Comfortable beds, convenient location, great shower and good facilities e.g laundry in bathroom. Good staff who gave us an 11am checkout.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived after reception closed and had instructions to use intercom to get key box code - we arrived to find box open with envelopes inside with keys but none for us. Night manager eventually arrived to let us in. Parking unclear in area out the back. Room has air conditioning noise that cant be switched off even if unit is off. Only one cup for tea coffee in the room and no milk - just a general lack of care and attention to detail.

Exceptional

I arrived at 2.30am and the system to gain access to the lockbox for my room key was excellent. The room was close and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. Location is good, but cost me $80 to travel by taxi from the airport.

Was good for the price - Great breakfast and location!!

Good Breakfast, had to wait for buffet to be refilled as there was almost nothing left of the hot items, but it had been going for some time by the time we got down there - but all items were re-filled as quickly as they were able to. Good Coffee! Lovely restaurant on site. Close to everything and free parking was a big Plus! Nice Views and great to have a heat pump/aircon as it was warm. Hairdryer worked great :-)

Did ask for an additional drinking glass for the room as it only had 1 (had 2 coffee mugs, 2 wine glasses though) - this was never given to us despite being told it would. Had to wait for room service to complete the room (pillow cases had not arrived from laundry. Would have been great to be told how to use the key card to get the power to work.... had to figure that out :-( Good Breakfast but had to wait for buffet to be refilled as there was almost nothing left of the hot items. No pamphlet or anything to explain how things worked other than the WiFi.
