The location is good, the staff is really helpful.

The toilet has a very unpleasant smell, though i reported it to the staff to help me get rid of the smell, there were no one come to help me fix the problem.

Great staff, If you want a good sleep or swim to get away from the mid day heat - don't stay here.

the people and breakfast were great. The room was nice. The hotel is right by the beach - which is good and bad.

The noise level from the beach was ridiculous. We were on a high floor and couldn't get to sleep before the music stopped pounding after 2am. The pool is only open after 5 - when the sun is on the other side of the building, if you do bother to go for the few hours it is open, they do not provide pool towels. There was a lot of confusion with the airport taxi which they arranged for us making the end of our trip even worse. The beds were pretty hard.

located in a tourist area, very convenient for group tours. many seafood places to eat but at a much higher cost, there are better places but need to ask the locals.

this is listed as a 5 star hotel but nothing resemble one, majority of the listed facilities are closed down since they are all outside vendor operators. if you are just looking for a bed, there are better places but the staff are wonderful and they do try very hard to please you.

Very good

I need to write a review bcos not many reviews have been written. I was unsure whether the staff in the hotel knew any English but there were several that spoke good English. At the moment, the occupancy is very low as people stay on the other side of ha long. However, if you want to visit the Sun World theme park, this is the better choice. Breakfast is actually not that bad. I dont understand whats all the fuss. The rooms are big and I love the rain shower.
