HELPFUL TRUSTABLE GENUINE

Nature of owner Mr Anurag thakuri is very gentle and helpful . Me and and my girlfriend were very terrified as we reached late night . Mostly all shops and market week closed.(Darjeeling market closes by nearly 7 PM) We are very frustrated as we don't know about the locality of Darjeeling.(Gps don't work properly in Darjeeling due to up and down roads of valley) As soon as he know he we are are in very trouble.He personally come to us running We owe him. (Many brokers and fraud people were following us at all places whom are don't trustable). Anurag welcome and served us very well.He give us his personal contact number so that next time he planned all the things for us before come. Thanks Mr. Anurag Thakuri .Thanks hotel miracle by hotspot.

Not recommended for Families

Efforts of host for arranging vehicle for sightseeing. Although it didn't worked out and we found cab of our own. Staff helped in getting luggage from mall road to homestay.

complete experience except above two points was terrific. Rooms are not at worth the price. No privacy, bedsheet had stains and smell, bathroom was quite small and whole appartment from outside and inside looks like under-construction site whos work is stopped from ages. Not recommended for families. Location is far away from mall and in congested place so taxi drivers avoid going there. In discription its mentioned that kitchen is included but host asked for additional 300. But only for my kid's cooking he didn't took any charge otherwise for us it was 300 per day!

Room was net and clean .bathroom was also clean .blanket items are clean and staff was good behaivior and helpfull .property incharge is friendly nature .I suggest to all person stay there without any doubt and i sure you will feel there like your own home .

Great vacation in Miracle by Hotspot.

Behavior of the owner and staff is very friendly. They have arranged our last minute travell plan which was great and also value for money.Room and bathroom was clean and tidy.The place is very near to mall.It will take 7 to 10 minutes walking distance.The owner of the property Mr. Anurag was very friendly and welcoming.

First day we faced problem regarding hot water which was resolved quickly.More privacy for the couple will be an added point.
