The staff were helpful including the housekeeping staff.

The parking is an open parking so we need to park quite far if there was no parking near the hotel. The maintenance / house keeping staff should regularly check the facilities in the room especially the toilets to make sure no clogging in the sink or toilet bowl. In my case the toilet sink clogged and the housekeeping pumped it (with my husband's help). It was so dirty. Please do regular maintenance. Thank you

Recommended for short stay

Feels like a fairly new hotel. Most of the stuff looks fresh and there is a guard at night looking after the cars in front of the hotel, so extra security. To be honest the location is not bad too - 5 mins walk to the mount Austin main area.

I actually saw eyelid stickers stuck on the shower room wall so there's room for improvement for cleanliness check. Do check out their prices for direct booking with the hotels, it might be cheaper.

Good place for short stay if you are not picky

Room was well lited n relatively spacious. Aircon was cold enough.

Only had one pillow for each pax. Prefer to have additional pillows.

Short trip to JB (MT AUSTIN)

Short 2d1n trip to JB.. location not as crowded as compared to KSL/holiday villa side. Park your vehicle with ease, their are hotel lots (subjected to availability) with security at night overlooking. Near a lot of legit massage areas.

Common as other JB hotels... not very clean, still have the musty smell, but after aircon on for couple hrs, it is ok.

Overall the room is clean.

The hair dryer need to be fix properly on the wall. As its fall off. Tissue left few pcs only when check in Happen to rain during my stay and I borrowed the umbrella, the umbrellas are so dirty & rusty. Its time to change.

1. Hotel Decoration 2. Shower

No one at the counter for check in when we arrived. Staff seems like not welcoming at all while doing check in. Will not come back again for this type of service although the room overall is ok. Same price I would book for hako hotel for their better service.
