I thought the food for lunch was great . Some of the staff were nice . The room and view Was.nice .

The staff at the loading Dock were terrible. They ran off with your bags no explanation. The girsl were grabbing your credit card shouting at you. They also just were laughing and mocking guests. The boat staff were nicer but that just put me off my whole experience unfortunately. I wouldn't go with this company if there are others to choose from. My bathroom completely flooded and the room above was leaking in to my room damp patches everywhere.

A comfortable cruise to savor the glorious splendor of Halong Bay.

M'Gloria helped me arrange transport, and the transport was punctual and very comfortable for the 3.5hrs trip to Halong Bay. The cruise staff was very well at making us feel comfortable. The family suite was 2 rooms with connecting door, with balconies and great views. We couldn't ask for better food: the buffets tasted excellent with a variety of dishes, and the lunch set menu was exquisite. The weather was kind enough for us to kayak and swim in the afternoon, and took our boat ride to the cave in the morning. Our daughter even learned a trick to catch squid. The splendor of the physical environment and the comfort of the boat made for the tranquil ride of the cruise.

The 1-night cruise was just enough time for the whole family not to be bored. For a 2-night ride, I'd wish for more activities, especially ones that would get the youngsters together more (teens and/or young adults in separate setting and activities, for example). Ideally, the youngsters would have little time to check their phones.

Mr. Huy, Captain Thum, and all of the crew of MGloria are fantastic.

Beautiful cruise experience!! Sofia, Otis, Bi, Lucky were so friendly & amazing to host us throughout our stay on the cruise. the rooftop bar was an amazing place to chill. the buffet food was delicious & accommodations were so clean.
