The lobby area.

The bath tub, the carpet. Not shower cap. The room was outdated ... No toilet paper in the batthroom of the lobby area.

Disappointing

It was a decent hotel, however I think its way overpriced for what you get.

The breakfast was good but there was no place to sit and eat due to overcrowding

The bathrooms and bedrooms were not up to par with cleanliness.

Awesome staff, clean rooms, great amenities, excellent breakfast buffet and warm welcoming stay for the entire family

Everything about the property and staff were great! Ms. Ruthie and her staff at the front desk were very polite, accommodating and always helpful. The breakfast buffet and made to order eggs were exceptional. Kudos to the chef, he made very tasty omelets and waffles! The room was extremely clean and quiet. The property amenities provided a little something for everyone. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend MCM Elegante Lodge to any family traveling to the area!

Great, friendly, helpful staff. Maybe the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Facilities are beautiful. It was a great experience. Get the pizza!

Great place to stay and we would stay again

The location was excellent, and the value was also excellent. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in whatever way they could.

This is not a show stopper, but the room was showing some wear and tear, such as unpainted patches in the wall, and the wall where the heating unit was had some big cracks that needed some repair. Overall not too bad.
