I like staff, people are kind. Service is good. I like breakfast- is many options to choose.

We got a room on the road side, so its not possible to sleep at all! Bar and restaurant in hotel is very expensive. I ordered a mushroom soup it was not real, just powder. Shuttle bus/transport from hotel is not for free. Beach is dirty, not usable almost. Swimming pool is quite small, too many ppl cant use it., cant use 24/7

Lembongan island visit

Staff is amazing and friendly, always smiling. Location is awesome and idyllic The resort restaurant had great food for lunch and supper. The fruit smoothes was our highlight every day. Staff cleaning rooms, very friendly and helpful.

The resort needs a very good cleaning up. Especially in the dining area, the lampshades are dirty and full of cobwebs. You need more fans or good ventilation in the dining area, just to hot and sticky, while you eating. The trainee staff, had no clue what they were doing. They did not clear the tables, and the flies were all over your food. The breakfast was poor. Maybe try understand that foreign people eat a Western breakfast. I can not say that we would recommend this resort to our friends. So sorry.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were really nice and helpful

Location was great, on the beach, pool and main dining area were nice, Villa's were lovely

Beds were very hard, not very comfortable and air conditioning was not very good.

Hiring the scooter.

We felt this we miss represented on line. Initially we were very excited as everyone was commenting about the resort. We found it to be very tired and lacking energy.
