We started off a wrong note due to some misunderstanding but it all turned out to be silly one. Our overall stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well Maintained. Will certainly visit once again!

#nothing Booking.com should have negative ratings numerically for such stays

I have been dealing with booking.com since ages and I am a genius level discount holder. That's how often I use booking.com but never have I ever faced such a rude and unwelcoming host. So We had booked this apartment hosted by Mr.Sash throughbooking.com for 4th September 2023 check in and 05th September 2023 check out . We were a group of 9 friends . 5 Females and 4 Males . We were travelling from Coorg to Mangalore. After completing a journey of almost 5 hrs when we reached Mangalore and called Mr Sash for the address , he first demanded the payment . To a point it was fair , we immediately transferred the monies and sent him the SS. After the confirmation of receiving the funds we requested him to send us the Google locations but he still wouldnt send us the location of his apartment and asked us to send the copies of the photo ids . We sent all 9 out of which 2-3 id's address proof was missing and we were just about to send him , however till we did all this process , he was just not ready to send us the location . He made us feel like we are some kind of fraudsters and were left like hostages on the middle of the road. If this wasnt enough , when we reached the apartment the moment I opened the main door a strong odour of fungus just gushed into my nose and the AC in one of the rooms was broken , instead of 3 extra beds we were provided with only 2 , the quilts which were provided had a very bad odour and fungus. We called his guest relation executive who sent the technician to fix the AC who told us that the AC was beyond repair at that point in time . The temperatures that day in Mangalore were 32 degrees at night . She sent 2 more mattress and quilts which smelt of Urine . When we called Sash for complaint , he told gave us two ridiculous solutions . Either we take full refund and check out immediately and look for another accommodation or he gives us a nominal refund .

This host dont respect guests, he looks guests like Thieves Host will not be at facility, only if you transfer full amount before you occupy , that building watch man will give the keys UPI dont work, there is no payment link, We have to open Laptop do internet banking only by standing Infront of the facility I do not prefer this facility to any guest.. as this is fake. Pathetic experience this team will have multiple properties they wont reveal apartment name until you pay money

Apartment has a huge area to occupy family in a 3 bhk. Has a good Balcony and ventilation. Kitchen is fully equipped. Located in the centre of the city.

I was traveling with the family accompanied by 1 infant and 1 child. It was raining very heavily that day I have requested them for an early check-in, even though the request was for atleast half an hour before if they can provide the apartment. But they have delayed it even beyond the promised time of 2 PM. We got stuck in rain and suffered alot due to this. Even building name was not disclosed to us till the last time Next day morning there was no electricity from early morning till 10 and we have to be very quick in vacating the apartment as check-out time was closed.

Loved the stay

The apartment was great. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool was open throughout the day. The location was amazing. So many good restaurants close by and the beach was just 10mins away. Overall loved the stay.

The AC was not working in one of the bedrooms when we arrived but they got it fixed soon so that was fine. The one major issue was the refrigerator which did not work properly and though the guy tried to fix it, he was not able to. So we could not store any food.
