    Check in easy. Breakfast was fine, there was more than we needed available. Coffee was better than expected. Fresh croissants. Cheese.
    Trying to eat breakfast with the tv on. The room was tight and we are slim. Duvet too warm despite request for a light one. No natural yogurt.

    Welcoming host, charming room (we stayed in 'Chelsea' room), bus into the centre of Oxford just a few steps away from the doorstep.
    Our triple room facing the main road was a bit noisy - we could hear all the traffic passing by - but actually, we didn't mind it and we will stay there again.

    Cute room, great breakfast.
    We loved this cute room. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was much better than we expected, it made for a great start to our day!
    The water pressure wasnt the best.

    The staff (both at reception and at breakfast, including Amna) were truly fantastic. Service is top notch and we felt so welcome! Breakfast was perfect too.

    Comfortable beds with nice breakfast. Can park in front of the guest house and some local shops around.

    Very conveniently located, comfortable room with everything you need for a night or two. V useful to be able to leave bags there after check out to collect later.
    Shower wasn't great (electric shower and not v powerful) but that might just be a water pressure issue. Continental breakfast was a little bit limited.
