Food was lovely Room was lovely and standard.

Check in was a rabble of staff talking to each other and in other areas shouting to each other. Drinks were limited ... We were AI and could only have 1 Lager although others available abd there was no Brandy available and also some other spirits were limited. We paid for AI.

Superb

Very good hotel with great staff

All very good, great to see an all inclusive that served local dishes and not just chips and chicken nuggets, but it would have been better if the Italian restaurant had been open more than one night.

Nothing really, except the Italian restaurant open more.

It was just ok

It was just ok, nice staff, nice breakfast, nice rooms but nothing to stand out

Side sea view was over the car park. Small pool area. As it has an all inclusive option drinks tasted cheap. No beach, access to sea from rocks.

Location, views & room.

Bad and slow service across the hotel. It's understandable that the hotel was to close for the winter in 3 days time, but it still had paying customers in it.

Very good

Lovely hotel and room, spa was excellent and pool and grass area were lovely.

Food quality was poor, we ended up eating out for dinner even though we were all inclusive as the food wasnt of a good enough standard and the choices were poor. No live cooking stations!

Good value for money

Nice room, quiet, side sea view room showed more sea than expected. Food and drinks were ok for all inclusive, not great though. Entertainment and all the sports activities were fun, entertainment/sports lady was very nice, one of the bartenders was also very charismatic and made good drinks. There is a spot to swim in the sea just outside the hotel. All in all it was good value for the money.

Some bartenders made crazy sweet drinks even when asked to make them less sweet. House wine was quite bad, so not much orher alternatives besides beer. Our shower was leaking water into the room which was slightly annoying. Location is not good for those who want a sandy beach or being close to the city bars and restaurants (wasnt the case for us though)
