Reception was good and the only advantage is that, It is very near the US Consulate.

The property was not at all clean. There were liquor bottles beneath the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned and there were no hot water. Towels were not provided during the stay. Drinking water and kettle facilities were not available.

Poor

Room filled with mosquitoes, No water in washroom nor in taps. Ac remotes nor TV remotes doesn't work. AC main switch is in corridor. After having conversation with hotel authorities they gave another room which was dampy and bathroom doesn't have a lock. Please dont book. Worst of worst hotel. They said they have 14 hotels all over South. God knows how they manage duping tourists.

Staffs guys are checking guest room personal things like bags and wallet while guest is away they are checking the room they are having a spare keys i caught them doing into someone guest room

Good Size rooms - fantastic convenient location and value for money for sure. Also there is personal touch in their interaction. Got calls within 5 mins of booking to understand when we are reaching etc

There should be some provision of drinking water
