    The stay was value for money, and the stay was confortable.
    The rooms were value for money, and the location was at centre of the town. It was opposite to metro entrance, and was a junction of the metro city and the coastal area.
    The room service could improve, and the rooms had broken tables, etc.

    Stay was comfortable, courteous staff, prominent location. All good. But shelling out 1800/- for a Non-AC Room, is bit heavy to pocket, in comparison to other places in India. Overall a very good experience.
    Highly priced for a Non AC Room.

    It was good location, lots of restaurants nearby and shops. Room felt clean and bed was really comfortable. Special appreciation to Mary in the front desk! She did such a good job to welcome us and was really nice and accomodating. I would stay here again!

    The staff was very support, suite rooms are really comfortable spacious and the hotel was very close to the kochi metro.
    They are not provided tooth paste, brush , tea cup and towel provided after our request.

    We stayed for one night and went to Trivandrum by train. And again we went back and left to Maldives from Cochi
    The location is excellent. Its near to Town hall metrol plus Ernaklum railway
