The stay was pleasant and comfy.

The internet speed wasn't fast enough, the bathroom door was not able to lock, the shower glass was not extendable due to which the water was flowing towards the bedroom etc.

Good for few nights stay if you dont have any special requests or special occasions

Very clean and helpful staff at any time of the day! Also good breakfast to start off the day.

I was confused to see only one long towel for shower, even though we were two in the room. One glass of water and empty bottles with shower gel/shampoo in the shower - It did not especially disturb us to tell at reception, maybe that s how room arraignment should be? We chatted on WhatsApp to have a small surprise in the room as a special request when we check-in, surprise on what I agreed but was never prepared in the room or waiting for us.

Very good hotel with great staff

12 of us stayed 7 nights in the hotel. We were very satisfied. The hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. It is located in a very nice and quiet place, right on the banks of the creek in a new ly built area. The Al Jaddaf metro station is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We were also very impressed with the young and very friendly staff at the hotel. It was one of our birthdays when we arrived and the staff greeted her with a small cake, flower and a song. Nina and barista Jabbar brightened our day every morning with their smiles and kindness. We would love to return to this hotel anytime!

Disappointing

Huge decline overall since previous stays.

Demotivated staff, some unfriendly except housekeeping. Filthy carpets in rooms. Stark decline noticed since previous 3 stays. Absolutely filthy prayer room.

Good services, nice location, well connected, good restaurant

Quite noisy. The room is not adequately isolated from the noise of the neighbors. You can hear the other persons near your apartment. Very difficult to sleep at night.
